With over 23,000 sq ft of rentable space, 76 parking spots, and a full underground parking structure, it hosts over 20 commercial tenants including attorneys, physicians, real estate groups, and a title company.
Park on the Green Office Building (Farmington Hills, MI)
A staple in Farmington Hills, this 17,000 sq ft property was acquired in December of 2022. This building hosts physicians, attorneys, and a marketing company. Renovations are currently in development for the 7000 sq ft of office space available for new tenants.
Northwestern Building (Southfield, MI)
This building was purchased in July 2021 and is in the process of stabilization. More news in Summer 2024.
