  • Portfolio of Single Family Homes and Condos (South East MI)

    • We manage over 250 single-family homes and condominiums across South East Michigan. Our portfolio includes homes ranging from 700 sf to 4000 sf. 

  • Eastpointe Apartments (Eastpointe, MI)

    • This 28 unit one-bedroom apartment complex is located in downtown Eastpointe and was acquired in September of 2022. The complex includes 3 two-story buildings. 

  • Manhattan Office Park (Southfield, MI) β€” OUR RECENT ACQUISITION (August 2023)

    • 10 two-story office buildings totalling over 60,000 sf of rentable space on 3.58 acres of land. Manhattan Place Office Park offers it’s tenants a professional office space environment in a convenient central location at a very affordable price point. Best rental rates in Metro Detroit, excellent location, Close to stores, restaurants and post office, easy access to I-696, I-75, M-10 and M-39.

  • The BOKANI Building (Royal Oak, MI) 

    • Located at the entry way to historic Royal Oak, this building was acquired in June 2021. With over 23,000 sq ft of rentable space, 76 parking spots, and a full underground parking structure, it hosts over 20 commercial tenants including attorneys, physicians, real estate groups, and a title company.

  • Park on the Green Office Building (Farmington Hills, MI)

    • A staple in Farmington Hills, this 17,000 sq ft property was acquired in December of 2022. This building hosts physicians, attorneys, and a marketing company. Renovations are currently in development for the 7000 sq ft of office space available for new tenants. 

  • Northwestern Building (Southfield, MI)

    • This building was purchased in July 2021 and is in the process of stabilization. More news in Summer 2024. 

  • Woodward Place (Pleasant Ridge, MI)

    • Bursting with Detroit tradition, this 10,000 sq ft building hosts two stores on the main floor and 4 offices on the second floor.

  • Van Dyke Building (Warren, MI)

    • This building has retail space on the main floor and an apartment on the second floor.
